Each morning when your eyes open you can choose to be grateful for another day on this magnificent earth. Or you can choose to close your eyes and roll over to go back to sleep until that snooze buttons runs down your time. The way you start each day is incredibly important! Whether you are a mom, an employee, small business owner, the boss… whoever you are, your morning routine matters! The choices you make regarding your daily morning routine either build up resistance to disease and creates resiliency, or it can tear it down leaving you run down and sick. I invite you to get a jump-start on your day by focusing on a more purposeful morning routine, this will work to align and balance the body systems. As well as cultivate self-love alongside self-discipline when goals setting in the future. You may be thinking right now, ahhh my mornings are insane there’s no way I can add anything else to my plate right now!

Start each day with a mug of warm lemon water.
If you are willing, I challenge you to make time for this one easy ritual that will improve your health today! This simple little hack can do so much! For starters squeeze a half lemons worth of juice into your hot water (filtered not tap) and top it off with some cold water to establish the perfect temperature to drink it warm (not hot).
