MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

Movement doesn't have to be complicated!

A daily movement practice is encouraged for the 21 days. Get more in touch with your body and feel the benefits of a consistent practice.

Enjoy our 15 minute Morning Movement class each day. This morning practice involves breath work, cleansing techniques and meditation to awaken our senses. 

Enjoy unlimited access to our exclusive Yoga Video Library.  

Choose the length, style and level of difficulty based on your individual needs each day.

MINDFULNESS IS LISTENING

Each day we have meditation built into the program schedule.

You have access to guided recordings which can take as little as 10 minutes.

 

Journalling will be important for you to track your experience during the 21 days. We provide guided prompts and questions of inquiry to engage in a deeper reflection.

If you want to go even deeper, pair the Simply Awaken Program with Dive Deep, our Journalling and Meditation Program. This is a powerful addition.
