The Reset Challenge

Inflammation is the root cause of ALL dis-ease and disease in the body. Although it may display itself in many different ways; unwanted belly fat, painful periods, uncomfortable menopausal symptoms, insomnia, brain fog, bloating, gas... the list goes on and on and on... it's all tied to inflammation.
This is the program to truly Reset.
Through our anti-inflammatory protocol, you will follow an elimination diet to find out which foods may be contributing to your dis-ease and find homeostasis within the body.
We have laid out everything for you. From meal planning, grocery lists, Reset cook books to an entire library of movement classes geared to digestive health and further detox and mindfulness library to reduce the stress that leads to chronic inflammation. The reintegration period is supportive, educational and will leave you with the confidence in knowing how different food effects your unique biology.

Adapt

If you fully commit to this program you can expect increased energy, body recomposition, a decrease in cellular inflammation and you WILL be a lean, mean fat burning machine!
Here’s the scoop!
When you eat carbohydrates there are 3 possible outcomes... It can be used as fuel for exercise, stored as glycogen in your muscles and liver OR it's converted to fat.
When your glycogen stores fill up, the body easily converts the sugar to stored fat in order to save energy as body fat. In these six weeks you will transition your body to utilize your fat storage to fuel your body instead of using sugar as your fuel.
In the Adapt program we strategically help you schedule carbohydrate "refeed" and "restrict" days to optimize fat burning and reach your goals. We increase the use of healthy fats to help build lean muscle tissue, improve endurance, shed body fat and maintain an optimal hormonal balance.
Our nutrition section is comprehensive giving you a customizable schedule, recipes and a grocery guide. They say "abs are created in the kitchen" and nutrition fosters 80% of the benefits you see however we cannot minimize the importance of movement. We provide a variety of HIIT workouts to sweat to in 15-30 minutes as well as gentle yoga classes for your rest days.
