About The Event
The challenge is simple... for 30 days you are getting rid of something in your house that is no longer adding value to your life. Get rid of junk that has accumulated, storage that has been sitting unused for years, clothes that don't make you feel fabulous, pantry items that are outdated and not good for you... get rid of your external clutter so you can focus on more clarity within your internal world.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS....
Day 1: get rid of one thing
Day 2: get rid of two things
Day 3: get rid of 3 things....
....
Day 16: 16 thing!
...
Day 30: 30 things!
You get the gist right!? Guess how many things you will have gotten rid of by the end of the 30 days... 465 things!! WOWZA that adds up!
Getting rid of one piece of paper in your filing cabinet doesnt count as one thing... maybe a handful of paperword counts as one...? Be honest with yourself and pace yourself... Day 16 can be a challenging hump but if you persevere it opens up perspective to what you truly need and what is just STUFF weighing you down!
