About The Event

GUIDELINES:

Week 1: hold a 1 minute plank daily

Week 2: hold a 2 minute plank daily

Week 3: hold a 3 minute plank daily

Week 4: hold a 4 minute plank daily

Our plank challenge leads you to a 4 minute plank. Yes that sounds crazy but no it is not impossible. That’s because you can modify as you need, put your knees down, switch to side plank for a moment, take a break! If you are losing integrity in the pose, that’s not going to serve you well. The timer is on, and we ask that you be present with your experiences for those few minutes. Your breath, your body and your mind… See, its the mind that will likely be the hardest part... When do you know when to stay for another moment, to breathe into the uncomfortable sensations? When do you know when to back off and take a break because that would be the most self-honouring thing to do in that moment? No one can answer these questions for you, it’s for you to discover with practice. You’re stronger than you think you are.

Place a golden star next to your name on our online challenge board as you complete your planks.

Extra Entry(s):

Each time you post yourself doing the plank challenge on social media (picture or story) your name will be entered into our draw additional times. That's 31 days, meaning 31 extra draws if you are gung-ho!!

You must tag @welcometoblissed and hashtag #blissed #plankchallenge to be entered to win.

YOU COULD WIN: Our Simply Awaken 21 Day Reset Program or our Dive Deep Program

Sign up now by placing your name on our challenge board through THIS link.

We will provide modification options so EVERYONE can do this challenge.

Why we love planks...

1. They work to strengthen the ENTIRE body!

2. They provide functional stability for the core which enhances posture and balance.

3. It takes mental focus and determination to stay in discomfort and BREATH through it.

You've got this!
