Bliss Ball Party

Enjoy a night of socializing with new friends we we prepare a ton of blissed balls, a yummy edible treat! You will get to take home and enjoy loads of blissed balls for a healthy snack for weeks to come!

Blissed balls are gluten/grain free, sugar free (we will add optional dates this time!), high in protein, contain healthy fats to keep you feeling full and they are absolutely delicious!

We are trying something a little different this time as we learned a lot from the last Bliss Ball Party. Instead of bringing ingredients with you, we ask each person to pay $15 to help pay for the ingredients which Sheena and Marni will purchase ahead of time. We will have the ingredients prepared beforehand (crushing the nuts, soaking the dates etc).

We ask everyone to bring a big mixing bowl and spoon, as well as a Tupperware to bring completed balls home with them.
