August will be our Meditation challenge with similar guidelines and the same prizes as July's Plank Challenge!
Building your way to a 30 minute practice.
Day 1: Meditate for 1 minute
Day 2: Meditate for 2 minutes
Day 30: Meditate for 30 minutes
Place a golden star next to your name on our online challenge board as you complete your meditation.
Each time you post yourself before or after your meditation on social media (picture or story) your name will be entered in additional times. That's 31 days, meaning 31 extra draws if you are gung-ho!!
You must tag @welcometoblissed
and hashtag #blissed #meditateeveryday to be entered to win.
If you complete this challenge you will be entered into a draw to win your choice of one of our online programs, Simply Awaken or Dive Deep.

Why we love meditation...
1. Just closing the eyes and focusing on breath will drop you into the present. Don't we all desire a little more presence in our life? Mindfulness is the gateway into the deeper healing aspects of Meditation
2. When we are able to be still, relax and BE, our brain waves slow and we begin to tap into the subconscious mind, the storehouse of the mind. We can re-write old patterns of behaviour in this state and dive deeper into SELF.
3. This is a life-long skill that prepares you for all aspects of life, the highs, lows and everything in between!
If you are new to meditation, do not fret, registrants will receive our Meditation 101 recording and an e-book on meditation.
