Use weights whenever it is appropriate to do so, however every exercise is led without weights to make it accessible to everyone.
If you don't have weights at home you can use cans of soup, water bottles or some other creative objects in your home.
Modify as you need and gain strength as you go.
You may wish to compliment these HIIT workouts with your own weight training and cardio practices.
WARM UP / COOL DOWN
Warm up with dynamic movement. Cool down with longer held stretches.
Add a yoga class after a HIIT for a longer and well rounded movement day.
GENTLE MOVEMENT / REST DAYS
A rest days doesn't mean no movement...
Go for a walk or enjoy one of these gentle yoga classes.
